Vacances à JAvea

Belle maison dans l’ensemble même si la cuisine est petite, qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation et de ventilateurs. La piscine est jolie mais vieillissante , aurait besoin d’etre Rénovée. Beaucoup de vis à vis mais la vue sur mer et plage de Javea fait oublier ces points négatifs

Fabulous views

We had a wonderful short break at this beautiful villa in June. The views are spectacular and only a short drive to the Arsenal beach area. The pool and outside area is perfect for getting together with friends and enjoying the space, facilities and views. On the other hand we did have a few issues with the villa itself, a lot of the crockery and all the mugs were badly chipped and the kitchen was very small with nowhere to put our groceries as all the cupboards were full. The bedding was new but did not fit the 6ft beds. There was no air conditioning or fans so it was extremely hot at night, I would imagine in July and August it would be impossible to sleep.

Högt läge med fin utsikt över Javea. Lite mer än 3 km in till stan, vi brukar gå ner och åka taxi hem som kostar ca 100 kr. Huset är väldigt charmigt men börjar bli slitet., vi var där för andra gången nu i slutet av april och vi trivs väldigt bra i både huset och Javea.

Herrliche 18 Tage in wundervollem Haus

Meine Frau, mein Sohn (5 Jahre) und ich waren mit dem Feriendomizil nicht nur zufrieden, wir waren begeistert! Vor allem die liebevoll gestaltete Poollandschaft (Swimmup-Bar, Whirlpool, Infinity-Element) in Verbindung mit der grandiosen Aussicht stellt die von uns bisher in Javea und Umgebung angemieteten Objekte in den Schatten... Das Haus selbst ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat für 4 Personen gerade die richtige Größe. In Vorberichten genannte "Mängel" können wir in keinster Weise bestätigen, das Haus war picobello sauber, das Parken auf der Straße vor dem Anwesen hat zumindest uns keine Probleme bereitet. Dass Treppen in einem zweigeschossigem Haus vorhanden sind war ebenfalls wenig überraschend... Das Schleppen der Einkäufe über ca 30 Stufen vom Auto bis zum Haus haben wir für die tolle Aussicht gerne auf uns genommen, die Treppe kann aber zugegebenermaßen bei einem Urlaub mit Kleinkindern zum Problem werden. Entfernung zum Sandstrand Arenal ca 4 Kilometer, zum nächsten Supermarkt bzw. Restaurant ca 2 Kilometer, insofern ist ein Leihwagen zwingend erforderlich. Schlüsselübernahme bzw. Abgabe desselben problemlos, tolles Interhome-Team in leicht zu findendem Büro! Jederzeit wieder gerne!

prachtig zicht

huis was niet proper bij aankomst?na 2 de passage van kuisman(1persoon)bleek nog steeds niet gekuist..deden het dan zelf maar!Vele trappen,maar dit wisten we;mooi zicht op zee en berg(spijtig genoeg stond er kraan die het zicht grotendeels beperkte.

Heerlijk rustig

Heerlijk verlof gehad in een zeer rustig gelegen villa. Je hebt wel een auto nodig omdat de villa relatief afgelegen ligt tov winkels en restaurants.

Willa ma b. dobre polozenie,ladny widok ,dobrze wyposazona.Wielkim minusem bylo niesprawne oswietlenie basenu,które bylo w ofercie!Nie zostalo naprawione mimo naszych dwóch interwencji.Koszmarny brud wokól grilla na tarasie praktycznie uniemozliwiajacy korzystanie.
