The apartment, with an area of 70m², is made up of three rooms and is located on the ground floor. Upon entering the accommodation, you will arrive in a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchenette. This one, comfortably equipped, has two induction hobs, a small oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer (you will find them in the storage room). The living room also has an exit to the terrace. From the living room, you will have to take more than two steps and then continue in an open passage to arrive in the bedroom with a small window and a double bed. There is another bedroom with a small window and bunk beds. From the storage room you will find a shower and WC. In the bathroom, the ceiling height is 1.99m.
