Objekt splnuje slíbenou nabídku.

Dum potrebuje trochu údržbu v elektroinstalaci. Chybejí žárovky, jsou poškozené zásuvky. Zásuvky bych preferoval vzhledem k možným návštevám detí. Jinak výbava dobrá, poloha objektu skutecne v klidném míste.
