... bei Anreise drückt Ihnen die Immobilienagentur nicht aussagefähige Unterlagen in die Hand, es findet keine Übergabe statt, bei Abreise sind die in der Wohnung befindlichen Verhaltensregeln z.B. hinsichtlich Mülls ungültig, sie dürfen den Müll an einen drei km entfernten Ort fahren. W–Lan funktioniert nur an einigen Tagen (wahrscheinlich Laufzeit–Abo), Außenbereich ungepflegt, für ältere Personen schwer zugänglich Reisetipps: keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort, befinden sich z.B. in Luino, AusflugLaveno und Lugano empfehlenswert

Wohnung, Ausstattung und Größe sehr gut. WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert. Reisetipps: Isola Bella Ausflug zum Comer und Luganer See.

Was wir eigentlich von dem Vertrag wußten,aber doch stressig war ,ist die späte Einscheckung am Anreisetag. Halb vier ist doch für Gäste die aus dem Freiburger Raum kommen viel zu lange zumal 8 Personen inc. Kinder schlussendlich das Haus beziehen wollen Reisetipps: was zu wissen ist erfährt man alles in nächster Nähe. Das Tourismusbüro sollte besser auf Fragen der Gäste eingehen in unserem Fall waren Kinder unsere Ansprechpartner.
