In the hamlet Penia, 1.5 km from the centre of Alba, 3.5 km from the centre of Canazei, in a quiet position, 1 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.12. to 01.05.. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 500 m on the road. Shop 300 m, grocery, restaurant, bus stop 100 m. Mountain railway 1 km. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.shower

Habe mehr erwartet

Die Wohnung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Handelte sich um Sou- terrainwohnung, nicht um eine ebener- dige. SattelitenTV ja, aber kein deut-sches TV. Minikaffeemaschine ohne Filter, immer Satz im Becher, reicht gerade für 2 Becher. Blechbestecke wackeln/verbiegen. Mehrmals kein WiFi. Sehr sauber, bis auf Garten- möbel, wurden vergessen zu säubern. Größtes Manko: zu laut, nicht gedämmt. Versteht jedes Wort.

Ruim maar donker huis.

Ruime woning maar in de winter bijna geen zon. Woning ligt grotendeel vd dag in de schaduw en daarom is balkon helaas nagenoeg ongebruikt gebleven ondanks prachtige zonnige week. Deurbeslagen, gasfornuis en wasmachine hebben hun beste tijd wel gehad. Keukenuitrusting is matig.

Net appartement goed voor twee personen

Goed bevallen ligt in klein plaatsje buiten Canazei, keurig schoon , enigste nadeel is als het grote appartement boven bezet is je alles kan horen, lopen van de buren praten etc. , tip, vloerbedekking zal misschien de geluiden wat dempen, goede busverbinding. Winkeltje in Penia voor je brood etc. Skigebied heerlijk

Perfect voor actieve vakantie

Het is geen plek om lang te blijven hangen, maar de ruime (zit)keuken en zeer prettige bad- en slaapkamer leggen elke dag de basis voor een superdag. Praktisch ingericht, alles werkt naar behoren en in prima staat. Parkeerplek letterlijk voor de deur, met slecht weer perfect. Geweldige uitvalbasis voor actieve vakantievierders.

Idyllische Lage, Ausstattung usw. ok, Skibuss-Haltestelle in der Nähe, Parkmöglichkeit am Haus, trotz `Alimentari´ in der Nähe: eig. Auto ist von Vorteil; einziger Nachteil: schlechter Schallschutz zum oberen Geschoss hin, (bes. wenn dort zur gleichen Zeit kleine Kinder wohnen.)
