For shared use: property 3 ha. Private: garden, swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May.-15.Oct.). Patio, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 10 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 10 km. Riding stable 3 km. Nearby attractions: Porto Santo Stefano 45 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 50 km, Pitigliano 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. Ein paradiesisches Fleckchen Erde

Wir durften 2 Wochen im wunderschönen Ferienhaus Casalini verbringen und haben es in vollen Zügen genossen. Der Besitzer lebt mit seinen 2 tollen und sanftmütigen Hunden und den zwei Pferden mit auf diesem sehr gepflegten Anwesen und steht auf Wunsch mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Der riesige und sehr saubere Pool ist ein Traum und kann jederzeit alleine genutzt werden. Besonders die Gastfreundschaft, die unberührte Natur mit ihrer einzigartigen Stille und Ruhe haben uns so stark beeindruckend, dass wir auf alle Fälle wieder kommen werden. Mille Gracie XXX !!!!! Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Das Haus liegt abgelegen in den Bergen. Nach Scansano sind es mit dem Auto 15 Minuten, dort gibt es alles. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wonderful Vacation

The house is located in the middle of the Italien nature, close to Scansano. It is very clean and nicely furnished, guests will find everything they need. The owner lives nearby with his two dogs and two horses. He is a nice elderly man who is very kind and gives some good advices concerning restaurants or other nice places worth visiting. The house is not equipped with WLAN but the wireless mobile connection is excellent (4G). We enjoyed our week there very much and would recommend the house to all people that are looking for something beautiful and quiet.

A peaceful Tuscan retreat

This is an excellent place for a peaceful escape from the busy-ness of life. The house is situated far from busy roads or other noise and is extremely peaceful: the only sounds are cicadas, birds and horses. It has excellent views over Tuscan valleys and hills. It is set in a large property, which is surrounded by woods and fields. The house is quite recently built, by the present owner, and is very clean and well-maintained. It is simply- but well- equipped, with comfortable furniture and plenty of cooking utensils, crockery etc. There is TV, but no internet. A large porch provides a shady spot for breakfast overlooking the hills, and there is a garden surrounding the house, with some flowering plants. A big advantage of this home is the lovely swimming pool which offers an excellent way to cool off from the Tuscan sun. The owner lives on the property and is always available for advice or information, but is also happy to leave guests alone if they prefer. There are several interesting towns to visit nearby (Scansano, Grosseto...); the local roads are well maintained but very winding, because of the hilly geography, which means that driving is rather slow.

Ruhe und Erholung pur

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub in der Toskana. Gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Ferienhaus. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und dafür hatten wir genügend Platz. Autofahrten sind notwendig für Einkäufe und um die Gegend zu erkunden. Sehr netter Vermieter und tolle Hunde. Hatten viel Spaß an den Tieren.

Die erholsamsten Ferien die wir je hatten

Der Urlaub war ein Traum. Wir liebten den grossartigen Ausblick vom Haus über das Tal. Die Tage am Pool umgeben von dieser ruhigen, herrlichen Landschaft haben wir genossen. Die zwei Hunde des Besitzers haben mit unserm Hund sofort Freundschaft geschlossen und sind den ganzen Tag zusammen umhergestreift. Am Abend wurde gegrillt und den traumhaften Sonnenuntergang genossen. Der Besitzer ist uns ans Herz gewachsen. Wie andere beschrieben haben, ist er sehr lieb und hilfsbereit aber auch sehr zurückhaltend wenn man Zeit für sich haben möchte. Ein paar Mal sind wir nach Castiglione della Pescaia ans Meer gefahren, dort hatte es einen sehr schönen, wilden Strandabschnitt wo wir den Hund frei laufen lassen konnten, die Fahrt dauert ca. 50 Minuten. Das Städtchen ist sehr schön, Hunde sind praktisch überall willkommen. An den normalen Stränden darf man den Hund auch mit nehmen, er sollte einfach bei der Liege bleiben und von 09.00-20.00 sollten sie dort nicht ins Meer. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder :-)
