tolle Unterkunft, aber....

Das Ferienhaus hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen, der Garten ist traumhaft. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und sprechen auch Englisch. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und konnten gut Ruhe finden. Aber, die Dusche spendet leider fast kein warmes Wasser. Leider kann man in dieser Unterkunft die Fenster nicht verdunkeln. Erschreckend war der Preis für Gas, Strom.... mit über 280,-€ für 2 Wochen fanden wir das sehr hoch und übertrieben, zumal wie extra darauf geachtet haben.

Mooi, rustig en prima uitvalsbasis

Gezellig huis met prachtig omheinde tuin. Zalig voor een grote hond. Onze Mechelaar heeft hier mooi kunnen rennen in alle veiligheid. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoekjes aan Orvieto, Narni, Orte, Amelia, Spoleto... en nog heel wat andere prachtsteden. Wie van mooie omgeving, rust, wandelingen en cultuurbezoeken houdt vindt hier zeker zijn gading. Vriendelijke eigenaars die correct communiceerden.

Out of Africa

Wer einmal Wasser in Afrika trinkt, wird es immer wieder trinken. Dies und noch viel mehr durften wir hier in Penna im afrikanisch eingerichteten Nest erfahren. Obschon sehr kalt haben wir viel Wärme gespürt.

Relax e privacy in un posto bellissimo

L'idea per chi cerca tranquillità. La casa è tenuta in maniera impeccabile, ha molti confort (aria condizionata, un grande barbecue, una piscina piccola ma comoda) ed è rifinita con molta cura. La casa ci è stata consegnata pulita ed ordinata. L'uliveto e lo spazio verde sono ben curati grazie al lavoro di XXX (una persona simpaticissima!) che è anche il responsabile della manutenzione.

Paradies mit Ecken und Kanten

Mit der Unterkunft waren wir grundsätzlich zufireden. Leider mussten wir bereits am ersten Tag feststellen, dass der vertraglich zugesicherte Internetzugang nicht funktionierte. Trotz sofortiger Information an die Besitzerin, wurde in den 3 Wochen keine Störungsbehebung organisiert. Teilweise fehlende Bedienungsanleitungen zu Geräten. Wir waren sehr überrascht, über den sehr hohen Energieverbrauch (800 kWa in 3 Wochen) trotz sparsamen Einsatz! Zu Hause verbrauchen wir einen Drittel davon.
