Above Kaltenbach, 2.5 km from the centre, in a sunny position, 7.5 km from the lake, directly by the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1.6 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 7.7 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer Badesee" 11 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5.5 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 3 km, slopes 10 m. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Schöne Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter. Waren schon zum 2.Mal da und kommen garantiert auch wieder. Das Auto kann man die gesamte Zeit stehen lassen durch den benachbarten Einstieg in die Talabfahrt.
