On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed and hand-basin. Bath/WC, shower, sep. WC. Terrace 24 m2, north-west facing position. Balcony furniture, barbecue. View of the valley. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (3 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
Outside Description: Pattier Bas: Chalet "Sven Heul". On the outskirts, 1.2 km from the centre. Private: garden 90 m2 with lawn. Bumpy, steep motor access to the house (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Shop 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km. Golf course 18 km, gondola lift 1.8 km, ski bus stop 150 m. Insgesammt gut

Alles war Problemlos vor Ort. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Mittarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr freundlich. Die beworbene Nesspressomaschine fehlte und die Reinigung war ungenügend. In und hinter den Öfen ist der Staub länger nicht entfernt worden. Auch im Badezimmer hätte man hinter der Türe reinigen können. Das Haus ist für Familien mit Kindern und Hund zu empfehlen.

Chalet à Haute-Nendaz

Nous avons été très satisfaits par ce chalet qui est bien équipé, avec suffisamment de place et une literie excellente. La seule petite chose à mentionner est concernant l'assortiment de vaisselle et de couverts qui n'est pas suffisant, surtout en ce qui concerne les cuillères à café et les bols/tasses. Il faudrait peut-être mieux préciser que l'accès au chalet est difficile (pente et enneigement) Sinon, tout a été parfait.

goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding

Wij hebben een prima paasvakantie doorgebracht en dank zij het grote terras van het zonnetje kunnen genieten. Enige minpunt : vervang aub de wasmachine.

Ferienhaus Sven Heul

Haus war bei der Ankunft sehr kalt und brauchte relativ lange bis es einigermassen warm war. Zu wenig grosse Pfannen für ein Chalet für 8 Personen. Auch sind ein Induktionsherd und ein Mikrowellenbackofen zu kompliziert für ein Ferienhaus. Die zweite Dusche hatte keine Heizung und war eiskalt. Fernseher zu klein. Dies sind nur ein paar Inputs. Wir haben uns arrangiert und die ruhige Lage und die tolle Aussicht haben uns super gefallen. Auch Positiv ist, dass es genügend Parkplätze hatte.

Hübsches Chalet

Hübsches Chalet mit schönem Blick, allerdings keine direkte Sonnenlage. Die Schlafräume befinden sich im Gartengeschoss und sind sehr angenehm, im Eingangsbereich, beziehungsweise ErdGeschoss befindet sich der gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnraum mit offener Ikea Küche. Alles war absolut sauber und Töpfe und Küchengeräte gab es auch vernünftig. Drei WCs befinden sich in dem Haus, wovon das Eine im Untergeschoss definitiv zu klein ist. Da wurde eine Abstellkammer unter der Treppe umfunktioniert. Ähnlich bei der separaten Dusche. Das Badezimmer war aber top und das GästeWC auch. Falls jemand das Bedürfnis hat, zum SkiBus zu laufen, dann muss er sich auf dem Hinweg auf einen steileren Anstieg gefasst machen. Mit Auto alles kein Problem. Wir würden das Chalet wieder mieten.
