70 m2. More information by the provider: 4 room chalet (70sqm), built in 1961. Balcony and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Quiet and sunny location with a nice view. Garage, store room and washing machine. Near the public swimming pool. There are approximately 40 steps leading to the chalet. Importante note: In front of the chalet is a new construction of the neighbouring house. Therefore it might be possible that there will be occasionally some construction noise during the day (7 am to 12 pm and from 1 pm to 7 pm).
Ground floor: large living room (one part of it can be separated by a sliding door) with balcony, dining table, couch, telephone, TV/radio and WiFi. Separate kitchen (refrigerator with small freezer, coffee machine Nespresso and filter, fondue- and raclette-set). 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with two beds in each (4x90x190cm), 1 small single bedroom (90x190cm), bath/shower, separate toilet.
