Outside Description: Cosy single-family house "Leubach". In the hamlet Vor Leubach 3 km from the centre of Schiltach, 10 km from the centre of Wolfach, in a secluded, quiet position, in the woods. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house (2 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Shop 2 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, railway station "Schiltach" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course (9 hole) 12 km, tennis 4 km, riding stable 10 km, cross country ski track 3 km. Ferienhaus im wald

Leider war die Garage nicht nutzbar. Die Divans unten waren schrecklich zum schlafen Kein Stauraum für Anziehsachen. Stühle im Esszimmer super unbequem. Das einzige obere Etage wie in den Fotos zu sehen super. Und es ist ein Haus mit Haustieren und wenn man ankommt ist unten ein Zettel bitte keine Hunde in der oberen Etage aber oben ist das Wohnzimmer also saßen wir alle immer super unbequem im Esszimmer.

Abgelegenes Haus

Das Haus und die Lage sind sehr schön - besonders das Wohnzimmer mit den grossen Fenstern ist toll. Obwohl die Lage sehr schön ist kann man leider nicht gut direkt vom Haus aus auf die Wanderwege im Wald kommen. Wir hätten auch gerne vor wir gebucht haben gewusst, dass man das Wasser zum trinken erst kochen muss. Obwohl die automatisierte Schlüsselübergabe problemlos verlief, hätten wir lieber eine Einführung im Haus gehabt (das hätte etwas Zeit ersparren können - zB die Dachfenster zu bedienen).

Urlaub zum Runterkommen

Ja, hier kann man wirklich entspannen, ganz einsam oben auf dem Berg. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, für 2 Personen mit Hund war es das Paradies.

mooi volledig ingericht huisje, prachtige badkamer, zeer rustig in bos gelegen maar wel op redelijke afstand van supermarkt ed. Prima verblijf gehad. Slaapkamers beneden wel wat vochtig (maar was de week ervoor erg nat geweest)

Fantastische locatie midden in het bos. Prachtig zeer mooi onderhouden vakantiewoning. Van alle gemakken voorzien.
