Private: property, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, pond. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house (700 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, thermal baths 20 km. Tennis 10 km, riding stable 10 km, skisport facilities 50 km, cross country ski track 10 km. Please note: car recommended.shower

Magnifique gîte en forêt bavaroise

Prestations excellentes : confort (vastes chambres, salon, cuisine, salle de bain), esthétisme (meublé avec goût), situation géographique (proche de Baumwipfelpfad, Passau, Ratisbone…). Tout y est.

Waldhaus

Sehr schönes Haus, viel Platz, sehr ruhig auf einer Waldlichtung. Probleme mit der Heizung wurden seitens der Vermieter sofort behoben. Einzig ein Vorhang im Bad wäre toll, auch wenn da oben wenig Publikum ist. Absolut empfehlenswert für Leute, die der Hektik entfliehen wollen. Super mit Hund, Taschenlampe mitnehmen.

Sofortiges Wohlfühlgefühl

Wir waren in der Weihnachtswoche hier und das ganze Haus war liebevoll geschmückt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und die Woche in dem geschmackvollen Ambiente sehr genossen.
