Sports harbour 1.7 km. Object suitable for 4 adults. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. No noise is allowed after midnight.

Fabulous setting!

This was a return visit as we stayed last year and loved it! It has everything we need - lovely well appointed apartment, fabulous view and a central location for sightseeing, shopping, eating etc. Intend to visit again next year. Also excellent communication from the owner.

Great stay, lovely location.

Location is great. View on plaza de las flores is awesome. At night u hear the buzz from bars&restaurants. Sometimes relaxed live music. Nice to have a drink on outside terrace. Inside house no noise problem from plaza. Inside is great. All is there. And all is clean. Beach chairs available. One point of criticism, the outside terrace has the late sun. Thats usualy no poblem but in high season u cant eat untill the sun is down (2100H). With just 1 beach umbrella as protection Its just too hot!

Excellent Location - Shame about the communication

The positive: Excellent location, close to beach, amenities, restaurants. Wonderful roof terrace with BBQ. Spacious. Comfortable beds. The not so good:Communication with agent lacking. Constantly had to send messages and phone about late check out, did not let us know until last minute. Apartment needs upgrade. Door handle dropping off. Hidden cupboards in kitchen. Throws on sofa needed washing. Shower smelly and dangerously hot water and then cold.

En lille Perle

Man bor dejligt på sin ferie i Estepona, i denne lejlighed. Vi har boet her et par gange og den er klart vores favorit. Lejligheden er velfungerende, og den skønne terrasse har mange muligheder. Den ligger helt centralt i den gamle bydel i Estepona, med kort afstand til det hele. Kan virkelig anbefale denne bolig.

Opinión del apartamento en la Plaza de las Flores

Alojamiento precioso y muy bien situado, en pleno centro histórico de Estepona y al lado de la playa. La limpieza del apartamento normal. Deberían renovar las toallas de ducha que recibes al llegar porque se nota que llevan ya un montón de usos. Se agradece el aire acondicionado y ventiladores en toda la casa. El aspecto más negativo han sido los ruidos procedentes de la obra del edificio pegado a la casa.
