Fonctionnel et bien placé

Bac à douche à remplacer avec une porte. Quelques carreaux de carrelage cassés dans la cuisine. Porte fenêtre qui se verrouille difficilement. L'ensemble reste néanmoins très satisfaisant. Décoration à revoir

Appartement bien situé. Les seuls défauts qui sont à revoir sont le bac à douche qui est en mauvais état ainsi que la carrelage dans la pièce principale, la paume de douche qui est fatiguée, lai baie vitrée qui ne se verrouille pas. En bref des travaux à prévoir en vue de satisfaire les clients à 99 pour cent. L'avantage de cet appartement est son emplacement et ses prestations tout autour de la résidence.

Mal equipado

En la descripción deberían añadir que el apartamento no tiene lavadora, por ejemplo. Y sería un detalle dejar aunque sea un rollo de papel higiénico para cuando llega el inquilino, por no hablar de algún estropajo, ya que es un alquiler vacacional, no se larga duración como para llevarse la casa a cuestas.
