appart vieillissant. bruits de canalisation désagréables la nuit. Pas de lampes de chevet. Taies oreiller TACHEES. Pas d'état des lieus à l'arrivée. TRES BON EMPLACEMENT. Positif : gardien charmant et professionnel.

Prachtige ligging

Hebben een prima vakantie doorgebracht in Calpe. Over het appartement niets dan goed. Echter, ik heb het al in eerdere beoordelingen gemeld maar daar is niets mee gedaan. Wifi is waardeloos in het appartement. De kans dat je de hoofdprijs in de loterij wint is groter dat dat je een kwartier ongestoord wifi hebt. Jullie zouden de tekst bij de omschrijving er uit moeten halen of de eigenaar moet een repeater aanschaffen. Vooral omdat jullie pretenderen te leveren wat er aangeboden wordt.

Prachtig appartement en wat een uitzicht

Voor het eerst in jaren weer een appartement i.p.v een villa. Geen spijt. Het uitzicht is subliem en het gemak van alle soorten restaurants in de directe omgeving.Eigen parkeerplaats. Let op: Er is geen WIFI in het appartement. Voor een goede response ben je verplicht naar het zwembad te gaan. Ook de wekelijkse schoonmaak is aan de willekeur van de schoonmaakster en behelst alleen de badkamers. Dit zou in de omschrijving duidelijk moet worden gemaakt. Verder allen maar lof.

Muy buena ubicación.

Apartamento amplio y con ubicación excelente. Falta algo de mantenimiento en algunas cosas como la pintura o la mampara del baño suelta. Aunque la página diga que si, wifi no hay. Como cosas a mejorar, la televisión es muy antigua y se ve mal. Solo te dan un juego de llaves que para cuatro personas lo que causa algún problema. No te dan opción de retrasar la salida más allá de las 10:00h por temas de limpieza sin mirar si el apartamento está vacio para ese día. En general buena estancia.
