On the way to the shore a steep slope and stairs. Rowboat in use with a neighboring apartment (code nr. 13717). Semidetached log home from 2007, living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, washing room (2 showers), dressing room, WC, sauna (electric stove) terrace, upstairs bedroom with 2 beds, hall with 2 beds, TV and WC. A shared washing machine is located in the basement floor, access from outside. A neat and cosy apartment in a quiet cottage area on the shore of Lake Syväri.
