Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 3 beds (90 cm). Balcony furniture. Partial view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 13. Please note: smoke alarm.

Appartement vieillot

Appartement calme et confortable à 10 min à pied des commodités (plage et commerces) mais dommage il est très vieillot. Les moquettes et tapis sont à retirer (sales et remplis d'acariens : allergiques d'abstenir), peintures et rangements à réactualiser. Des prises à refixer au mur. Appartement et terrasse pas très propres à l'arrivée dont le coin cuisine. Batterie de cuisine à revoir; Frigo inadapté pour une famille de 4 personnes et plus. Ainsi, très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Mittelmäßig aber ok

Das Appartment ist in Summe in Ordnung, aber etwas lieblos vollgeramscht und in die Jahre gekommen. Unsere Empfehlung: Einen großen Schrank unter der Treppe einbauen und das ganze selten benötigte Zeug dort reinstellen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nah an Buchten der Westküste und unweit der Geschäfte von Quiberon. Negativ aufgefallen sind folgende Punkte: - Schlüsselübergabe Samstag um 16 Uhr mit langer Schlange und Wartezeit - diverse hinweisgebende Aufkleber in der Wohnung was verboten ist

Quiberon septembre 2020

Location conforme à l annonce, logement confortable et très bien situé. En revanche l appartement n'avait pas été nettoyé à notre arrivée. Un demi camambert et des tranches de poulet panées nauséabondes dans le frigos. Aspirateur pas passé et sdb crades. Inacceptable et en plus dans le contexte actuel. J'ai demandé à Interhome agence de quiberon (très bon services par ailleurs)...mais reste sans nouvelle à ce jour. F. Languetin
