Keine Ruhe möglich

Die Wohnung wird mit Adresse Dinard angeboten, liegt aber 6 km vom Stadtzentrum und 3 km von der nächsten Einkaufsgelegenheit weg. Will man abends noch Strand oder Gastronomie genießen ist das ohne Auto nicht möglich. Leider findet man dann auch im Ort kaum einen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr hellhörig, man versteht problemlos die Gespräche der Mitbewohner im Haus oder deren Kommen und Gehen. Bei den heißen Temperaturen wäre eine Klimaanlage oder Rollos angebracht. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Zufahrtstraße, leider konnte man so auch nicht mit offenen Fenstern schlafen.

The clean tidy apartment was in a quiet residential area served with good bus transport to both Dinard and Saint Malo. The kitchen was very well stocked.

Appartement très stylé et très agréable. Bien placé (à 1 km de la mer) ; par contre, il faut prendre la voiture pour les courses.

Ferienunterkunft am Ortseingang von Dinard

Unsere helle Wohnung im 1.OG ging zu Strasse hin. Die sehr stark befahren ist, dies war eine große Beeinträchtigung.Im Haus gibt es auch Schlafräume, die im hinteren Bereich des Hauses liegen, diese Lage würde ich empfehlen. Ausstattung zweckmässig u. einfach.Der Badezimmerschrank war instabil, konnte nicht benutzt werden.Parkplätze liegen gegenüber des Hauses u. sind kostenfrei.

trop bruyant

Appartement bien pour un court séjour mais pas plus.Murs en papier à cigarette(nous avons chuchoté pendant une semaine pour ne pas déranger les voisins).Pas de rideaux occultants dans la cuisine et la salle de bain(obligé de se laver dans le noir sinon on voit tout de la rue)

location juste. pas de canapé ,assis sur une chaise pour regarder la télévision.Matelas déformé et pas de volets, rideaux trop courts donc réveillés dès lever du jour.mais région si jolie que notre séjour fut enrichissant.
