Nizza Altstadt

Sehr gute zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt, aber laut, vor allem nachts, und die verschiedensten Gerüche ziehen durch die geöffneten Fenster. In Sachen Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr schmal ausgestattet.

Mooie locatie slechte hygiëne

De locatie midden in het centrum was leuk. Alles op loopafstand. De auto in een parkeergarage op 5 minuten loopafstand kunnen parkeren wel prijzig. Het appartement is klein maar prima voor twee personen. Helaas was de douche slecht en heel vies, zo te zien al heel lang niet schoongemaakt, zelf maar een fles schoonmaak gekocht en met slippers gedouched. De airco werkte niet, gelukkig is mijn partner storingstechnicus en heeft deze weer werkend gekregen. De kasten lagen vol met vuile was in tassen

Komen beloftes niet na

Na meerdere keren contact werd belooft dat de airco gemaakt zou worden. Na nul gehoor opnieuw geinformeerd. De reparateur van de airco kon pas op de dag van vertrek komen. De eindstand was dus dat we onze complete vakantie in een warm hok hebben mogen slapen zonder airco. Verder waren de handoeken en bedlinnen vies en gevlekt. We zijn erg ontevreden over ons verblijf.

Dårlig standar

Vi bestilte med ekstra seng som er en sovesofa på stua. Ingen laken eller pute til dette. Kun laken på senga på rommet. Aircondition fungerte ikke. Prøvde flere ganger å kontakte interhome Nice, men de forstår ikke engelsk. De skulle kontakte meg igjen, noe de ikke gjorde. Dusjen på rommet fungerer veldig dårlig. Positive er beliggenheten.

I hjertet av gamlebyen i Nice

Hyggelig og godt utstyrt leilighet som ligger plassert i et myldrende folkeliv i Gamlebyen, tett på Slottet og fine turmuligheter, ikke langt fra havnen, og koselig vei ut mot klipper og badesteder. Alt i alt likte vi oss godt i denne praktiske og koselige leiligheten.

LOCATION NICE

Appartement très froid, chauffage inexistant, et très bruyant trop bruyant , entre 6h et 6h30 les poubelles 7h les cloches de l'église voisine 7h30 le voisinage; Appartement peut être agréable en été. Une seule casserole de diamètre 17cm, et rien d'autre pour un long séjour c'est un peu juste. je ne conseil pas cette location en hiver et pour un long séjour. Quartier occupé par des clochards sur le perron de l'immeuble;

Ideal location for a great vacation

This apartment was very comfortable and convenient. Located in the old city, all the great restaurants, boulangeries, shops, Saleya market, the beach, and both tram lines are all only a minute or two walk away, yet it is quiet and peaceful here, not the party scene of the beach hotels. The apartment is impeccably clean, with great conveniences like air conditioning (absolutely necessary in the hot summer!), a dish washer, coffee maker, and clothes washing machine. The bed was very comfortable.

Un bon choix

Cette location est bien. Sa situation est excellente, proche des deux lignes de tramway et des bus. L’appartement est propre, de taille suffisante pour deux personnes. S’il est sombre, c’est lié à la structure du Vieux Nice. Par contre, il n’y a pas de parking, ni de garage. Idéal quand on vient à Nice en avion ou en train.

Plein centre du vieux nice

Très bel appartement en plein centre du vieux Nice. Idealement placé pour profiter de la ville et du bord de mer. Appartement refais à neuf recement et avec gout. Très bien équipé. Seul bémol lié au vieux nice : les fenêtres donnent sur une petite ruelle avec le mur de l'immeuble en face à 2m ce qui laisse passer difficilement la lumière mais cela peux certainement être un avantage l'été lorsque les températures sont hautes. Serviettes et draps fournis ce qui est très agréable.

Propre et bien équipé

L'appartement est bien situé, proche de tous les commerces du vieux Nice ! Tout était propre, les équipements étaient neufs et fonctionnaient bien. Merci pour la climatisation, même en septembre, c'était nécessaire ! Je recommande.

séjour à NICE

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement situé en plein centre ville, proche de toutes commodités à pied et disposant de tout le nécessaire pour y vivre sereinement. Y poser ses valises, c'est avant tout disposer d'un pied à terre confortable dans un quartier au charme typique tout en n'ayant pas les contrariétés d'un coeur de ville (tapage nocturne, bruits de circulation etc...) Voici une opportunité en or pour découvrir Nice et la vieille ville.
