Outside Description: Single-family house "Mariva (IPC132)". In the hamlet Hajnožici 2.5 km from the centre of Pican, 5 km from the centre of Potpican, 15 km from the sea. Private: property 2'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (6 x 4 m, depth 135 cm, 01.05.-01.10.) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, badminton, terrace (16 m2), garden furniture (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. unser Urlaub fing mit einer he...

unser Urlaub fing mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung der Eigentümer an. Anschließend eine Einweisung in das Ferienhaus. Die zuvor angesehenen Bewertungen aus 2017 würden zu 100% bestätigt. Sehr saubere Einrichtung, Fliegengitter vor jedem Fenster. Das ganze Objekt mit Klimageräten bestückt. Im Haushalt aber auch alles vorhanden!!! Die Vermieter sprechen gut Deutsch und so war die Kommunikaton kein Problem. Die eingestellten Bilder zeigen das Objekt im fast aktuellen Zustand. Die Umgebung war sehr sehr ruhig und wir konnten uns in den drei Wochen bestens erholen. Da das Objekt abseits von Restaurants und Geschäften liegt braucht es natürlich ein Fahrzeug, um das nötige zu besorgen. Der selbst hergestellte Wein der Familien B. Hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Unterkunft kann mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfohlen werden. Wir werden versuchen uns nächstes Jahr dort wieder zu erholen.

Das Objekt lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist ein Traum für den entspannten Urlaub. Die Vermieter sprechen gut deutsch und kümmern sich rührend um das Wohl der Gäste. Guter Wein, Olivenöl und Raki werden selbst produziert und können ausgiebig getestet underworben werden Reisetipps: In unmittelbarer Nähe reiht sich ein mittelalterliches Kleinod an das nächste (Gracisce, Pican, Krsan). Spaß gibt es mit der Zipline über die Schlucht in Pazin und wer es aktiv mag, steigt auf den Vojak, Istriens höchsten Berg und genießt die Traumaussicht

Mooi ouderwets gezellig huis. ...

Mooi ouderwets gezellig huis. Fijne groene relax–tuin met klein zwembad en buitendouche voor verkoeling. Genoeg plek om buiten te eten. Hele aardige verhuurders die rekening houden met je privacy en waar je met vragen terecht kunt. Ook hebben ze heerlijke groenten maar ook wijn,olijfolie en raki uit eigen productie. We waren met zijn drieën. Voor 8 volwassen personen leek het ons wat klein. Verder wat kleine mankementjes aan elektrische apparatuur. In ieder geval een geweldige vakantie gehad. Reistips: Rabac voor sportieve activiteiten op het water. Oude stad Labin voor cultuur en eten. Restaurant Kvarner met mooi uitzicht. Met de fiets naar Pican. (stevige klim) en daarna naar de Sopot waterval. Zeer toeristische maar gezellige oude stad Rovinj is ook leuk voor een avond bezoek.
