Positiv: Der große Balkon und die Lage in der Nähe vom Strand Negativ: Matratze inzwischen sehr durchgelegen, Ausstattung der Küche etwas spartanisch. Auf einem Kopfkissen ein gelber Fleck, war letztes Mal auch schon vorhanden. WC-Bürste muss dringend ausgetauscht werden! Answer from Interhome Vielen Dank, dass Sie wieder bei uns waren und Ihre Eindrücke teilen. Verbesserungen wurden inzwischen vorgenommen. Es tut uns leid, dass die Matratze und die Küchenausstattung nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Wir hätten uns gefreut, direkt vor Ort helfen zu können, um die genannten Details sofort zu beheben. Gerne gehen die lokalen Kollegen solchen Hinweisen stets nach, um den Komfort für künftige Aufenthalte zu verbessern.

schon zum 2. Mal da gewesen

der große Balkon ist das Highlight der Unterkunft, Küchenausstattung könnte noch etwas mehr sein. Nah zum Strand. Dringend ausgewechselt gehört die WC-Bürste! W-Lan war die letzten Tage nicht mehr da Answer from Interhome Die Küchenausstattung wurde auf Vollständigkeit und Funktionstüchtigkeit überprüft, und die Toilettenbürste ersetzt. Das Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir bitten Sie zukünftig, die lokalen Kollegen noch während des Urlaubs zu informieren, sollten Unklarheiten auftreten - gern wird umgehend Abhilfe geschaffen, sodass der Urlaub bequem verlaufen kann.
