Poca attenzione alla struttura

La cucina ha il fornello a gas con bombola e i fuochi sono traballanti e rotti. Non e sufficentemente attrezzata, ci sono solo 3 pentole di cui una tutta rotta. Anche il bagno é poco attrezzato. Manca una mensola dove appoggiare i vari prodotti necessari x il bagno. Manca un attaccapanni. Quello esistente é agganciato alla porta che non si può chiudere. Ho trovato la casa poco pulita.

Wer keine großen Erwartungen hat, für den ok!

Leider waren die Schränke und der Kühlschrank dreckig. Das Wachstischtuch durchlöchert, der Balkontisch verschmutzt und kaputt. Die Farbe am Balkon blätterte ab. Der Suhl auf dem Balkon verrostet und kaputt, die Dusche dreckig und klein. 65x65cm, das warme Wasser hat für 2 Personen zum duschen gereicht, Rest musste warten. Der Kleiderschrank kaputt und in dem 2ten nichts zum Ablegen, nur zum hinhängen. Die Betten waren aber sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage ein Traum. Lage war auch Top.

Appartamento fatiscente, materassi vecchi di 30 anni, sfondati. Elettrodomestici non a norma, presenti prese della corrente sopra un fuoco il fornello che in caso di utilizzo, prendono fuoco. Mobili vecchi e non manutentati, mi è caduto il mobile scolapiatti addosso insieme ai piatti che erano dentro, ferendomi. Utensili cucina scarsi e vecchi Doccia piccola, una persona da 90 kg nn c sta. Pulizia dell'appartamento scadente, ho dovuto ripassare tutto. Jestesmy zadowoleni

Wszystko oceniamy bardzo dobrze. Czysto, wygodnie, cicho, blisko do plazy. Jedyny minus to brak internetu i czajnika do gotowania wody.

Renovierungsbedürftig

Die Bilder im Internet sind veraltet. In Wirklichkeit ist das Objekt sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Der Putz blättert ab, etc. Das Appartement selbst war sauber und alles notwendige war vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Dadurch, dass Nachsaison war, waren nur sehr wenige Leute da, vor allem ältere Italiener, alle sehr nett. Da die Räume extrem hellhörig sind, Stelle ich es mir bei Vollbelegung schwierig vor. Sonst war alles ok, auch, weil wir meistens im Freien unterwegs sein konnten.

Casa Daniela ha bisogno di manutenzione

Il soggiorno, se non fosse che la struttura è molto vicina ai servizi ed alla spiaggia e che è inserita in un contesto tranquillo, sarebbe stato pessimo. Ho rilevato che la struttura necessita di tinteggiatura delle pareti interne ed esterne, un interruttore luci ed una presa di corrente (frigorifero) erano fuori dell'incasso (praticamente appese ai fili elettrici), un divano in pessimo stato, mobile soggiorno con cassetto sfondato Answer from Interhome Thank you for your feedback and we were happy to hear from our local team that solutions were made during your stay. Un po di cura da ...

Un po di cura da parte dei proprietari è necessaria Pro: Chek-in è stato esaustivo e cordiale. Contra: La struttura non è in buone condizioni, sia gli interni sia gli esterni necessitano di un tinteggiata, l'arredo è molto usato e in pessime condizioni. Una presa elettrica e un interruttore erano appesi fuori dal naturale alloggiamento; due lampadine interne erano fulminate; il frigorifero (anche perché collegato alla presa trovata fuori posto) si è spento più volte scongelando gli alimenti contenuti; il divanetto del soggiorno è in condizioni pessime, ha il fondo di sostegno sfondato e qualcuno ha cercato di sistemarlo usando materiali di fortuna ( un ripiano di un mobile, assi di legno....) con un risultato molto deludente; il cassetto della posateria era sfondato. Personalmente ho provveduto a sistemare al meglio questi problemi ma sono molto deluso!
