Private: natural state property 500 m2 (fenced), terraced garden trees, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (5 x 3 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May.-15.Oct.). Terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 300 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 5 km. Golf course 1.6 km. Uns hat das Haus und die Umgeb...

Uns hat das Haus und die Umgebung gut gefallen. Deshalb waren wir schon das zweite mal in dieser Unterkunft. Was man noch verbessern müsste wäre, eine größere Couch im Wohnbereich sowie deutsche Fernsehkanäle. Das Haus liegt in den Bergen auf ca. 1200 m Höhe. Da kommt es schnell mal zu etwas kühleren Wetter. Dann sollte es ein bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit für mindestens 4 Personen geben. Davon abgesehen ist die Gegend Traumhaft schön und die Ruhe sehr entspannend. Der Vermieter ist sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit. Englisch oder Italienische Kenntnisse sollte man mitbringen.Wir freuen uns schon heut auf ein wiedersehen in diesen Ferienhaus.

Der Juni ist in dieser Region ...

Der Juni ist in dieser Region noch ein recht milder monat und aufgrund der geographischen lage des hauses kann es abends bzw nachts noch recht kühl werden. Hierzu steht ein pelletofen zur Verfügung. An sich ist das Haus sehr gemütlich aber leider fehlt es an sitzgelegenheiten für einen gemütlichen fernsehabend mit mehr als 2 Personen. Der pool ist in diesem monat auch noch recht kühl aber durchaus benutzbar. Sitzgelegenheiten für draußen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Man befindet sich wirklich in absoluter abgeschiedenheit und kann die ruhe genießen. Hierzu muss man aber in kauf nehmen das die nächste einkaufsmöglichkeit ca 1/2 stunde entfernt ist. Der Besitzer des hauses ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und steht jederzeit mit rat und tat zur Verfügung. Reisetipps: Castelnuovo di Garfagnana kann man sich durchaus mal ansehen. Empfehlenswert ist die Grotta del Vento. Auch für einen Tagesausflug nach florenz ist der ort als ausgangspunkt sehr gut geeignet.

Prijs / kwaliteit in orde.Hu...

Prijs / kwaliteit in orde.Huisje ligt op 1200 meter. Wij hadden in juli ook overdag koud weer met vaak buien. Eveneens lang rijden tot dichtstbijzijnde stad(je) (30 minuten). Geen mobiel netwerk, dus verplicht om (zeer trage) wifi van verhuurder te huren aan 4 euro / dag. Reistips: Pisa (120 minuten rijden) en Lucca (90 minuten rijden)
