Wonderful condo/apartment in Nuevo Gorgona, Panama. We are on the top floor, corner unit - the views! You can see the wonderful Pacific Ocean from every window & balcony! This is a smaller building & not the super large resort type setting. 8 stories with 64 units total, so a more "residential" feel. Many permanent/long-term residents. If you are looking to experience a beach community as longer-term residents do, then this is the place for you.
Our building is a few minutes walk to the beach. The beach goes on for miles. It rarely gets crowded.
Gated entrance to the property & keyed/electronic entry to the building. 2 elevators. One dedicated parking space.
We redid the entire kitchen about a year ago. Fully equipped with everything you will need (including a Vitamix)! The master bedroom has a king bed & the 2 other bedrooms have queen beds. Ample closet space. AC units in each bedroom and the living room/kitchen area. 2 full bathrooms (one en suite from the master bedroom which also has an additional storage area - other units in the building do not have this).
Brand new hot water heater & AC unit in Master Bedroom. Note: we have hot water in all areas of the condo. Some places in Panama do not have hot water at all or do not have it to the showers or kitchen sink...
Gorgona Ocean Front is a very well-kept building. All repairs/upkeep are handled right away. Many long-term residents or homeowners live in the city and have their beach residence here. A really nice pool with lovely surroundings.
We have one of the best property managers in the area: honest, ethical, and have lived in Panama for many years. Very responsive if you should need anything or have any concerns.

10-minute drive to all that the Coronado area has to offer: shopping, restaurants, medical, etc.
