*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*This villa is slightly overlooked by neighbouring homes. If you prefer absolute privacy, you may wish to look elsewhere.
*You'll have access to the on-site gym, clubhouse, tennis courts and communal swimming pool here. They're shared with the resort's other residents.
