This waterfront apartment has bagged itself a prime position on the banks of the River Dart, with views across the water and out to sea. And with two balconies – one off the living area and one off the main bedroom – there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy them. While the open-plan kitchen is on the small side, it is well-equipped. And if you fancy dining out, just hop on a ferry for the short and scenic trip to Dartmouth, where you’ll find a choice of restaurants and pubs.
