This Georgian home is full of personal touches. Inside, you'll find two cosy lounges, a log burner, and traditional window seats ideal for curling up with a book. The wi-fi isn't the fastest, and the Jack-and-Jill bathrooms mean you'll have to share. But it's the garden that's the real stunner. Set across an acre of land, there's plenty of green space for pups and little ones. The table has alfresco meals written all over it, while the outdoor sofa is perfect for unwinding with a G\u0026T. Croquet, an apple orchard, and even a selection of wellies are all available, too. Set in the south Devon countryside, you'll only be a short drive from pretty beaches and the seaside.
*While not all bathrooms are photographed, expect the style to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*The main bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom two. Both rooms have en-suite access. There may be another Jack-and-Jill bathroom between bedrooms three and four.
*One of the super king-sized beds can be split into singles on request.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair on request.
*As this is a rural area, the wi-fi may be a bit slow.
*Your host provides a selection of wellies you can use outside. They also provide a starter supply of wood for the log burner.
*We highly suggest hiring a car here. There's off-road parking for up to four cars.
