In charming Cannaregio, this home is a great find for families and friends. The walled garden makes a striking first impression, with its outdoor dining area and cherub statues – we can't think of a better setting for alfresco breakfasts and evening tipples. Indoors, you'll find pastel-hued rooms and views of the Rio Della Sensa canal. The home is composed of two apartments divided by a stone staircase. Each level has its own lounge, kitchen, and two en-suite bedrooms. Although the area is a hidden gem without the usual tourists, you're just a thirty-minute walk from San Marco Square and the Bridge of Sighs.
*You'll need to climb a flight of stone stairs to reach the first floor.
*You won't need a car in Venice. You'll be able to get around on foot quite easily in this location, though a stop for the vaporetto (water bus) is just a short walk away.
*Please note that the garden is shared with another home and is only deemed exclusive when that home is vacant or when the palazzetto is booked in its entirety.
