This showstopper of a villa near Santa Venerina is surrounded by manicured gardens, terracotta terraces and Mediterranean cacti. Once a historic winery, it's now a relaxing escape complete with a gym, sauna and Turkish baths. Outside, there's a heated pool (with plenty of sunbeds for everyone), there's also an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue for alfresco dinners under the shaded, vine-covered pergolas. There's more than enough to keep you busy, but if you feel like exploring, the city of Catania and the coastline are less than thirty minutes' drive away.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking on the driveway.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
