There are two kitchens, so you’ll have plenty of space to whip up your favourite pasta dishes. A lift connects the ground and first floor, while the attic level doubles as a hangout zone for teens. Set in Segni's countryside, this is an excellent starting point for exploring Lazio – Rome, Anagni, and the Valmontone outlet are all within driving distance.

The ground and first floors are connected by a lift or external stairs, while the second floor is only reachable by steps.*There are two kitchens here.*Your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.*Two of the double beds can be divided into singles upon request. The bedrooms in the attic have sloped ceilings, with a minimum height of 1.2m.*The swimming pool is available to use from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. It's reached via two small flights of stairs.*Air conditioning is available in the living areas on the ground and first floor, and the bedrooms.*The nearest town is Colleferro, 3km away. We suggest hiring a car here – on-site parking is available.
