The river that once powered the mill passes nearby, the sound of flowing water adding to the sense of serenity as you gaze across the garden’s sun-kissed greenery or lounge beside the pool. Indoors, the rooms are cosy and characterful, where original details like exposed brickwork and timber beams have been paired with modern comforts. We wouldn’t blame you if you stayed right here for your entire holiday, but this villa is also an ideal springboard for seeing more of Tuscany’s treasures, from romantic vineyards to Renaissance towns.
*The accommodation is split over the main villa and two separate annexes. The main villa has a living room, kitchen, and four en-suite bedrooms. The first annexe has two bedrooms and a bathroom, and the second annexe has a living room, bedroom, and bathroom.
*One of the bedrooms in the first annexe is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the bedroom space below, so privacy is limited.
*A daily cleaning service is included (except on Sundays).
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
