This 18th-century villa is located in the rural hamlet of Ripoli, just on the border of Tuscany and Umbria. Overlooking unrivalled views across the valley, this spot is like something straight out of a fairytale. Yet, while the aesthetic is classic Italian countryside, contemporary amenities invite guests to experience a comfortable and luxurious stay centred around leisure. The grounds feature a spacious lawn, a children's play area, a private pool with a Jacuzzi and changing room, and a barbecue area for alfresco dining. It's the perfect place for larger groups to celebrate special occasions. Additionally, the host can help organise a range of excursions and activities, including fishing trips and wine tastings, for a fuss-free stay in rural Tuscany.

*Two of the twin bedrooms can be converted to make a double upon request.
*The pool is open from mid-April until mid-October.
