From this perch on Crete’s east coast, you’ve got a panoramic view of the coastline and the endless sea. Sunset dinners are a delight on the terrace and there’s a long swimming pool to cool off during the day. It’s a little sparse in terms of decor, but the sleek, chrome kitchen has all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Bedrooms are comfortable yet minimalist, allowing the focus to be the sea view from each big window. The closest village is Roussa Ekklisia (a five-minute drive) for shops and tavernas and the buzzing coastal town of Sitia is a ten-minute drive.
*While not all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*All of the bedrooms require access by a staircase. This place may not suit those with limited mobility.
*The twin room can be arranged as a double on request.
*There is a double sofa bed in the downstairs living area for additional guests.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for infants on request. You'll need to bring your own linen for the cot.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*In a remote location, having a car is recommended. There is private parking at this villa.
