You could never tire of the panoramic views of the Ionian Sea from this villa fringing the laid-back village of Spartia. The contemporary interiors will appeal to all you minimalists, and the private sauna, steam room and gym are a bonus. There's also a playroom and table tennis to keep kids busy. While the infinity-edged pool is impressive, it's worth noting there is open-barred poolside fencing surrounding it, so you'll need to keep a watchful eye on little ones. Location-wise, you're just a few minutes' drive from Spartia's sandy cove beach (2.2km), minimarket, bakery and local tavernas. Or, for a change of scene, the golden sands of Avithos and Agios Thomas are just a fifteen-minute drive.

*There is ample private parking outside the villa.
*Please note that young children would need supervision due to the low balcony walls, open-barred poolside fencing and gym equipment.
*The swimming pool may only be available to use between April and October – please speak to your host for the exact opening and closing dates.
*Bedrooms are set across three levels, though one of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom is located on the ground level. It’s also worth noting that the fifth bedroom, located on the lower level, has limited natural light from a skylight window.
