This contemporary villa in rural Sicily comprises two separate properties rented as one, so its the perfect choice for two families or a group of friends. Moments apart, separated by an olive grove, each home has its own private pool and garden. Located in a peaceful spot, surrounded by orange and lemon trees, the villa boasts views of the countryside with the sea in the distance. And when it comes to exploring the island, the popular Baroque town of Noto is just 1.5 kilometres away and the nearest beach is a ten minute drive.
*This villa comprises two separate properties, close to each other, rented as one. Each home has a living area, kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a swimming pool.
