The Green Book
Between Noto and Syracuse, this stunning villa is right on the edge of the water overlooking Fontane Bianche Bay. If you're looking for a family stay or a romantic getaway, the views are sublime and the sea is right on your doorstep. The private pool and sunny terrace will be the go-to spots to relax, while a live-in housekeeper will keep things tidy. Factor in the range of optional extras available for an additional fee – from guided tours to beauty treatments and shopping services – and it's no surprise it caught our eye.
*Not all bedrooms and bathrooms are photographed, but we expect consistency in style and quality throughout.\n *Due to its location, we recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay.\n *All bedrooms are on the first floor. There is also a step up onto the terrace from the garden.\n *Your host can provide a free cot and high chair if you're travelling with little ones.\n *The lower ground floor has been converted into a small apartment where the housekeeper lives. You'll have access to the whole home apart from this floor during your stay. The housekeeper provides daily tidying, outdoor maintenance, and mid-week cleaning.\n *In front of the villa there are rocks, but the sandy beach is only a few hundred meters away.
