Rebuilt on the ruins of a medieval defence tower and surrounded by woods and olive groves, this villa has been lovingly restored to welcome guests for a peaceful Umbrian escape. Inside, on the ground floor, you’ll find a convivial living space, a fully equipped bedroom and an en-suite bedroom (ideal for those with limited mobility). Outside, there’s a patio for alfresco dining and an infinity pool overlooking the landscape. Head up to the roof terrace for a sunbathing session or why not drive over to the town of Perugia? It’s around forty minutes away.
*Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. There are around 3 kilometres of white gravel road leading to the villa – while the road is in good condition, it’s occasionally steep and therefore not suitable for sports cars.\n *The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. The pool is open from June to September and heating is available upon request.
