Life in Umbria
Set within an estate in the Perguia, this villa is surrounded by green hills and oak forests, overlooking the Tiber valley. This home is the largest of four cottages, so there’s plenty of space for the whole family, as well as a shared swimming pool and lush gardens outside. Inside you’ll find roaring open fires, exposed beams and stonework which helps to fully immerse you in your surroundings. Location-wise, this is a great spot, being situated along the border between Tuscany and Umbria. We’d recommend renting a car and taking some day trips to see as much of the area as possible.

If the other apartments are occupied, privacy may be limited and the swimming pool will be shared with other guests.\n \n\n *The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. \n \n\n *The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
