But if you don’t fancy being sociable, there’s also a private alfresco sitting area back at the apartment. Surrounded by rolling green hills and oak forests, the home feels blissfully secluded, yet you’re in a prime location to explore both Tuscany and Umbria. Get off to a flying start in the riverside town of Umbertide, just 8 kilometres away.
*While one of the bedrooms isn’t photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home. One of the bedrooms has a double bed which can be converted into a twin bed. Just request your preference with the host in advance.\n *There is ample private parking on the grounds of the estate.\n *This home is one of four apartments housed in a historic farmhouse, and there are two separate cottages within the grounds. You’ll share the swimming pool and wider grounds.\n *This ground-floor apartment has internal steps which may be unsuitable for guests with restricted mobility.\n *There's no air con in this home as typical of Italian farmhouses, but the thick walls and shutters keep things cool.
