The Sheer Bliss
Sitting pretty amongst century-old olive trees, this typical Apulian house is the ideal getaway to the Ostuni area. Though perfect for a romantic trip, it can sleep up to four with the additional sofa bed in the mezzanine area. Thanks to the vaulted ceilings and bright open spaces, it won't feel cramped either. And if, for some reason, it does, you can always take to the sprawling garden to stretch your legs. The shaded terrace creates the opportunity for alfresco meals, and there's a private pool too. Throw in a rooftop terrace and barbecue area, and it's obvious why we added this home to our collection. Monticelli Beach is minutes away, and so is the whitewashed town of Ostuni.
*There is parking available here.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the mezzanine area. There's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom.
*The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*If you want to stock up on essentials during your stay, you'll find the closest supermarket 4km away.
