Tailor-made for easy family holidays, there’s an on-site restaurant too, and a small market shop to grab essentials for barbecues back home on your private deck.
*While not all bathrooms are photographed, but we expect consistent quality throughout.
*There is one parking space, and an overflow car park nearby. There are three electric vehicle charging points on the estate that operate on a first-come, first-use basis.
*You'll have access to communal facilities, including the on-site restaurant, gym, spa, tennis courts and pools. It’s worth noting that the outdoor pool closes after the October half term and does not re-open until Easter.
*Somerford Lagoon Lake is closed from October to March due to nesting birds. There’s an alternative canoe launch point located nearby though.
*Large single-sex groups aren't permitted, and noise should be kept to a minimum after 11pm.

Cancellation Policy (Super Firm 60 Day):
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 60 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 60 days of local check-in date and time.
