This is a beautiful and affordable vacation home made of natural building materials such as stone and wood, while still meeting modern standards of luxury and comfort. Visitors can enjoy a private pool with a depth of 1.40m, Finnish sauna, and outdoor shower. The villa has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, LCD TVs, ample storage space, and air conditioning. The common living and dining area features large-format cream tiles, light-colored walls, cosy sofa area, and contemporary art on the walls. The white country kitchen in the open area is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a covered terrace at the house with a brick barbecue for BBQ evenings or as a fireplace. The villa is located only 30 km from Pula airport, but visitors should have a rental car to explore the surrounding areas of Istria, which offer enchanting nature, rich natural sights, spectacular views, historical places to visit such as Barban, Pazin, Svetvincenat or Motovun, theatre or jazz festivals against a historical backdrop and authentic village festivals.
