This spacious studio is one of five villas on the property and features modern amenities such as high-speed internet access, air conditioning, BBQ equipment, and even a Tesla charging station. The villa is also ADA compliant. Guests can relax on comfortable linens or take advantage of two shared outdoor patios with seating and incredible mountain views. The property is perfect for those seeking adventure, with downtown movie-watching, wine tasting at one of many vineyards nearby, or exploring new attractions like State Street Promenade. Beach lovers can enjoy the waterfront which is less than 2 miles away before retreating back to their vacation villa oasis here in Santa Barbara! Each villa is available for individual rental or all can be secured together. One non-shedding, potty trained dog is permitted with an additional pet fee.
