The Golden Slice
This is a modern villa situated in the small village of Jurišici, near Vodnjan in the Istrian area of Croatia. The villa is on a large estate, within walking distance of the nearest grocery shop, bar and restaurant. It is also within a short driving distance of Pula, the largest town in Istria, and the sea. The villa has five bedrooms and sleeps 12 adults and two children. There are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one double bedroom with a double sofa bed, and two triple bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The villa also features a sitting room, a large kitchen/dining room with table seating for 12 people, a guest toilet, and an entertainment room with billiards table and table football. Outside there is a heated swimming pool (50 sqm), a jacuzzi, a children's playground, mini-golf course, tennis court, football field, basketball court, shady dining area with barbecue and private parking. Other amenities include air conditioning throughout, satellite TV, high chair and hairdryer.
