Situated in a peaceful residential area of Cala Santanyí, this single-level home offers some lovely views and a great location. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated and the decor might not be to everyone's taste, but the garden is ideal for gathering in the evening for late-night drinks, and there's a children's playhouse for little ones. We think you'll want a car here to get the most out of your stay – one of the island's picturesque coves is just a short walk from your doorstep, while the colourful town of Santanyí is just a short drive away with its local restaurants and weekly markets.

*Your host can provide a cot and high chair here for free if you're travelling with little ones.
*This home is on a single level with all rooms on the ground floor, but there are steps up to the entrance and to the rooftop terrace.
*Only two of the bedrooms have air conditioning.
*One of the bathrooms is accessed via an external entrance.
*The traditional decor in the kitchen and bathrooms might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*Groups of young people under the age of 25 aren't permitted here.
