On the top floor of a historic building in the old part of town, it's set on a narrow street with shops, bars, and restaurants below – yet it's still surprisingly quiet at night. A good size for a couple or a small family, it has modern interiors, all-white walls, and pretty parquet flooring. The living space includes a small but well-equipped kitchen and a dining table, while the bedroom is behind a large set of pocket doors, meaning it can be closed off for privacy or remain open to create a more flexible space. But this home's crowning glory is definitely its spacious private terrace. With tables and chairs, it's the perfect spot for breakfast each morning or pre-dinner drinks in the evenings. Close by you'll find the famous farmers’ market (Mercado dos Lavradores), the historic centre of Funchal and the Cathedral, while Funchal Marina is within walking distance too.
