A garden-level apartment in a freshly converted building, it's got space, style and knockout sea views. Perfect for a family or a group of friends getting away to the coast, it's both contemporary and comfortable.

Inside, the enormous open-plan living space is the star of the show, with a vast lounge area, dining space and a well kitted-out kitchen. Fling open the sets of doors and just breathe in that sea air. We particularly love the covered terrace, with cosy outdoor sofas so you can sip your drinks and admire the view. The master bedroom comes with an in-room freestanding bathtub and the luxurious shower room is decked out in marble, with a fabulous rainfall shower.

By day, splash and play on the beach (don't forget your surfboards – there's a place to store them here) or head to nearby Croyde and Woolacombe. Walk the sand dunes of Braunton Burrows or play a round at Saunton Golf Club, and in the evening enjoy meals together at the big dining table. It's even dog-friendly there's so no need to leave out your four-legged family members here.
