Beach fans will be delighted that there are several great beaches and hidden coves within a short drive from here. You'll find lots of crystal clear beaches within a couple of kilometres, and the Sunken City of Ancient Epidaurusis just a little further, where you can snorkel over historic ruins. Culture vultures can also visit the stunning Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus – only fifteen kilometres away – if you're lucky, you might even be able to catch a play in this well-preserved amphitheatre.
