With its honey-coloured exterior and stunning views of Cape Sounion, this villa in the heart of Kea is an excellent spot to recharge. The sun-dappled terrace calls for refreshing swims in the private pool, alfresco dinners prepared on the barbecue and lazy catnaps on the lounge chairs. You can play basketball on the court if you're feeling active or page through a book underneath the shade of the oak tree when you're in the mood to unwind. Come evening, head up to the balcony with a glass of wine and drink in the picture-perfect sunsets over the water – you won't be able to look away.

Inside, you'll find a bright, well-arranged living area perfect for relaxing. We love how colourful it is – picture rainbow-hued chairs around the dining table, bold artwork and illustrations on the white-washed walls and traditional blue pottery arranged on every surface. The kitchen is fit for rustling up tasty meals, the office is perfect for working from home and three bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms ensure that everyone will have their own space.

When you fancy a day out, Ioulis (the island's capital) is just 2km away. Or for a day at the beach, it's a ten to fifteen-minute drive.
