The king-size bed beckons a blissful night’s sleep in its sumptuous sheets and wonderful wake-ups to views of the grounds before tucking into the fresh breakfast delivered to your door each morning.

Afternoons call for sunny spells on your home’s private outdoor loungers or ramping up the action with a game of croquet on the shared lawn. Lunchtime invites picnics in the grounds’ thirteen-acre meadow, while dinnertime is the perfect excuse to indulge in a hearty feast at The White Horse – one of the region’s best gastro-pubs – just a two-minute stroll away.

When it comes to exploring further afield, the National Trust Winkworth Arboretum is a four-minute drive away, the Hascombe Hill viewing point is a five-minute drive and bustling Guildford is eighteen minutes away by car.
